Cauliflower Pizza Crust

3 cups ground cauliflower (can buy pre-ground or shred it yourself in a food processor. It will almost resemble rice when its ready).
1.5 cup almond flour (or wheat or oat or millet flour or a combo)
4 eggs (For vegan, use the equivalent amount of flax or chia soaked in water)
4 T. nutritional yeast (can omit, but adds a good cheesy taste)
1 t. sea salt
Spices of your choice (oregano, rosemary, pepper…)

Process your cauliflower, then mix everything together in a big mixing bowl until fully mixed. Pat the dough onto a greased cookie sheet and pre-bake at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is cooked and firm, but not browning. Remove from oven and add your toppings and sauce of choice. Turn the oven heat down to 350 degrees and bake the crust with toppings for an additional 20 minutes or so until everything is cooked completely.
