Quick, easy and healthy. Three of my favorite things when it comes to food. These burritos are all three- and as a bonus, they are absolutely delicious.
1 bunch of big leafy greens, collard greens work like magic. This is what I used in the photo below.
Raw lentil hummus (you can also use regular hummus) which is sprouted lentils (about 1 cup) mixed with raw tahini (about 1/2 cup) and juice from 1/2 lemon and spices, a little mustard, a splash of olive oil and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

You can be creative and create your own filling, or add more raw veggies to the above mentioned.
Place the filling inside the wrap, roll it up like a normal burrito and enjoy!
