Avocado Popsicles!

Perfect Spring snack! 

INGREDIENTS: 1 LARGE AVOCADO 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK 1/4 CUP HONEY PINCH OF SALT  Blend everything together until creamy. Use a food processor or by hand. Mouth Watering Mango Ice Cream

It's super simple to make.  

Recipe: 

2 cups frozen mango

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 spoonfuls maple syrup

Blend on high in a high powered blender. You might need to stir a few times. Serve immediately before it melts. Be sure to lick your fingers! And hopefully someone else's too. 😋

Sexy Mouthwatering Healthy Dessert

Chocolate Mousse:

2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/8 teaspoon cardamom (can omit if need be)
Sea salt

Avocado Cream:
1 ripe avocado
3 tablespoons coconut milk
3 tablespoons honey or sucanant
Pinch of sea salt

Blend together the mousse then blend together the cream. Layer the cream on top of the mousse and sprinkle with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
