WHO AM I & WHAT DO I DO 

Hi! I’m Phoebe, a Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, E-RYT Yoga Teacher, certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor and IntenSati Instructor. I get really thrilled helping people like you kick ass! Plus, I help you do things like increase your vitality, feel and look strong, improve your eating habits and stay motivated as you get that juicy health glow. Basically, I make being healthy extremely easy and fun. HEALTH IS FUN

When I tell people I’m a Health Coach and Fitness Instructor, they tend to think about dieting, physical health and weight loss. However, health is much more than that. What I am really interested in YOU – beyond your cholesterol levels and a number on a scale. I want to know what gets you up in the morning, what motivates you to aspire to ultimate health? Your life, habits, food, thoughts, and way of being all directly relate to your health and I'm here to help you truly glow your brightest. 
 
As a Health Coach, I help you get out of your own way, so that you can eat and live on your own terms. No more ‘shoulds’ and no more ‘diets’. Its time to find a way of eating and living that truly nourishes your body to be your best. You have the power to thrive and not just survive. That’s what I’m here to help you do.

BUT WHO AM I - REALLY?

I am very passionate about living a life I love, glowing my brightest and enjoying every day to the fullest. I have devoted myself to my own personal growth and development and know first-hand it can be frustrating and challenging. However, no matter how hard the process can be, it is completely and utterly worth it! There so much joy and abundance on the other side that it creates a positive ripple effect of health and happiness around the world.

As a fitness instructor and previous dancer, I’ve always been conscious of my diet - needing to stay fit, energized and healthy. I've been on tons of diets, cleanses, regimens, and plans in my life and I know they're all exhausting. When I devoted myself to health first and let go of the coolest new cleanse or best ab enhancing diet, my enjoyment of life grew immensely and my body effortlessly reached a healthy, thriving state of being. 

To me, eating healthy means eating lots of delicious, mainly plant-based, whole foods. If it doesn't rot or if I can't find it naturally in nature, I don't want to eat it. I try not to label ways of eating, because there is no one way of eating for everyone. I believe our own best "diet" is always changing depending on our surroundings, the season, our environment and our stage of life. Oh and by the way, if I ever go to Italy again, I will eat their perfect, creamy gelato every day because my main goal in this precious life is to enjoy every moment.

I LOVE food, cooking, dancing, yoga, being outside, cats, laughing and rolling in sunshine. I’ll go on almost any adventure and I adore a good dance performance and musical concert. I currently live in Tucson, AZ, however I work with clients globally and love to connect with anyone, anywhere. So be in touch!

WANT MORE CREDENTIALS?

I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I also studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am a board certified member of the American Association for Drugless practitioners and a raw food enthusiast (although not a raw foodist). 

I studied IntenSati Fitness in New York City with SatiLife and received my Group Fitness teaching Certification through Aerobics Fitness Association of America in Miami, FL. I graduated from the Arizona School of Integrated Studies in Professional Massage Therapy and Bodywork and I've practiced yoga since being a baby (yep, I remember the Mommy and Me classes). I received my 200 Yoga Certification from Barefoot Yoga Stuido in Tucson and am a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Oh, and I teach belly dance! It's been a life-long hobby.

Drawing on this knowledge, I help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals and combines healthy eating, bodywork and fitness. Together we create an absolute GLOW of health and happiness. 

My programs consist of in-person or virtual cooking lessons, grocery store tours, private & group coaching, fitness and yoga classes, and therapeutic bodywork sessions (obviously non-virtual), aiming to create life long habits.
